Big Band Jotaro Skin

So, I've been trying to get his 26th skin for a while. I've done tons of arcade matches, finishing most rounds with Satchmoto Death Solo. But I haven't unlocked the skin yet. What am I doing wrong?

When you have Max Dramatic Tension as Big Band, either do:
LP -> c.LK -> LP -> MP quickly or
MP -> LP -> Down + LK -> LP -> MP
This activates Satchmoto Solo. Press the input for Supersonic Tuba during the Satchmoto Solo to perform Satchmoto Death Blow, which does insane damage. Doing this to end a match 26 times will award you with the Jotaro skin.

You need to be playing either online or local versus, against an actual person instead of bots to get the skin.
