Game keeps crashing on startup!

I've looked far and wide for a solution but nothing has worked.
I've re installed it many times yet still it doesn't work.
The game just opens, the window is white and it just doesn't respond, i have to go to the task manager to manually delete the proccess for the game to close

This is ridiculous, it used to work a few months ago but now it doesn't at all, i did a format and went from vista to windows 7 and now it doesn't work for some odd reason but it worked BEFORE.

Can someone help if they can? I really want to play this game :/

Documents / Skullgirls / Save Data / (long number) /
and deleting VIDEOSETTINGS.BIN?

there is NO skullgirls folder on my documents.

Hm. It has to be *somewhere*. Try doing a search for VIDEOSETTINGS.BIN in the whole hard drive to locate wherever it is.

I searched the entire hardrive btw just like you asked, only thing i found is some portal 2 stuff.

I'm starting to lose hope. I've read almost every single post there is about skullgirls crashing and i've tried everything and it still doesn't work.

And the fact that it used to work before but now it doesn't makes me even more mad. I jsut want to play the game for crying out loud
