More cooperation please

I'm kind of tired of games where players are always out to kill other players for 'loot'.

It'd be really cool to have a little more cooperation, even among rivals.

like that clip of the fighter killing the cleric.... for what... a bag of stuff?

I like the stress of conflict, dont get me wrong.... but its just way, WAY, oversaturated in every game now. if they arent your friends... chances are they are going to try to kill you and thats just not interesting to me.

This is basically every competitive multiplayer game. People play this kind of games for action and adrenaline of fighting. You can play more chill games like Stardew Valley, Minecraft, Raft etc. for co-op fun.

Well I'm just too kind of a person unlike majority of toxic ladies here. You shouldn't complain about fighting in a fighting game. It doesn't make any sense, does it?

I agree with you. I would like to be able to just go through the castle as a standalone or team. Boost the toughness of the creatures and maybe with just fewer portals to extract. I am an older guy who loves the game, but PVP kills it for me.

So what you gonna do about it? Here are some options for your kind:

• Get better at pvp since it's a PvPvE game as you said.
  
• Enjoy getting slayed by better players, it's part of this type of games.

That's hardly advice. As mentioned, for some reason people who focus on PvP tend to get offended on these types of threads, it's really weird.

If we could have better comms and community then it'd benefit the game as a whole.
Just look at the new mode and how people are suffering with randoms who don't know how to use a mic for example.

I know what you are trying to do and I ain't falling anymore. I'm pretty sure you uninstalled it a long time ago because of lack of capabilities of playing competitive multiplayer games but you are just still complaining about it on forums.

It's not my bad to attack and kill people in game just like it's not your bad to ignore players and farm monsters until a player kills you. It's called preference. You shouldn't get offended and promote it as an insult when I explain you the basics of game with advices. Literally almost everyone playing the game like I do but you keep complaining to me for whatever reason. You are always free to go if you didn't uninstall yet. Don't forget the fact that you should play the game for fun, not for suffering(seems like you do).

Those players aren't always better, better geared and more aggressive sure, but that doesn't equal better and no one likes to lose so no one will enjoy losing. For someone who described themselves as being "too kind", that advice was pretty heartless!

There are gear caps in game, matchmaking isn't perfect for sure but it's not random either. It doesn't matter are they better or not, I didn't insult anyone if you try to read it without being too sensitive. You just need to get better at pvp so you can slay those better geared players. Majority of players' playstyle is that so it won't change just because some pepegas are upset on discussions. You need to adapt.

No, I don't need to get better at PvP, I've no interest in it so I don't need to be good at it. I never said you insulted anyone, I simply said the advice you gave in which you said "enjoy getting slayed by other players", after describing yourself as "too kind" was pretty heartless.
Adapt to what? All the scummy tactics in use? If I focused on them, I wouldn't have time for the part of the game I am interested in.
What needs done is people respecting that some do not like or want to engage in PvP and not dragging them into it just because the attacker does like PvP. I've said it before and will again, People like myself do not play this game so the PvP crowd can have a better gaming experience. That's what their community exists for, so they can look inside of it and find the challenges they want.
The PvE community doesn't exist to serve them

Honestly I'm not some pvp god or super skilled player but I never got "stomped" by "pro" players when I was a noob. Do you know why? I played mithril order and casual. I used mostly heirloom only builds. My loss was minimal even when I died to another player.

Are you serious? Do you really think it's bullying to kill players in a game??? What we are supposed to do? Should I stop playing the game and pat their head? It feels like PvE in this game is very boring and sometimes annoying. Many say they want pve only but none say what they will do with it. I mean won't you get bored slaying the brainless npc skeletons which have only 1 attack pattern? It's very unlikely that devs will add pve mode because there are already so many games which do that much much better than Dungeonborne. Elden Ring, Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, Nioh even The Witcher...

Also, I'm not supposed to entertain you. I'm playing it to entertain myself. This is just like saying: "I'm a pvp enjoyer but others players are running away from me. How I'm supposed to have fun if they don't get caught?"

As final words, I recommend you to try singleplayer RPG games so you would have fun and hard competitive games to realize it's not jerking but the normal way of playing that type of games.

Personally i'm not here to min-max.
Of course fun is subjective, but when PvP boils down to "I have the bigger number" instead of "Skill" it gets un-enjoyable really fast.
Not that i can't just kite someone to death, let alone force a bad situation onto someone with the many phials and NPC's people leave behind.

It's just not what i want to focus on and that's that.
People forcing me to "Adapt" means nothing when it's not even the whole game experience. I'm not playing the arena game mode for example.
