Jump Drive in Survival

Hi Engineers,
I am almost new to Space Engineers and have just set up a Server in Survival Mode.
I did several tutorials and build up a bit, got to space and realise that space have plenty of space :-) I like to explore further and found the possibility of jump drives.
BUT I can not build them in Survival Mode on my Server. The Block isn't just there.

Is Jump Drive available in survival mode? And how can I get this to work on my dedicated server?

I have to unlock it? How does that work?
I thought all blocks are available in the blocks tree, but just greyed out until I have build the predecessor in the tree....

You need to build a gravity generator to get access to the Jumpdrive tech. So pretty much yes,
