Alt+F10 = Admin-Tools
Shift+F10 = Spawn-Menu

If you want more complex commands and etc download Midspace Admin commands

Vanilla options allow creative while in survival.

You should be automatic in the Space Maset tab and see something called Enabel creative mode tools.
Just click the box on the right side and you can use creative.
