So place a battery and passenger seat on your base and sit down to repower your suit then delete them and then turn off Creative tools and only you and me and the rest of the Steam community will know what you have done.
Edit: Seriously, don't feel bad about it. Everyone at one time or another has had to do something similar to get out of a "no win" situation rather than starting over from scratch. This is especially true when you are just learning the game.
