New 24/7 RP Server

So I'm thinking about starting up a dedicated RP server for space engineers set just after the discovery of a new galaxy. It would be freeform PvE and PvP and the 'rulers' of various sectors would be decided by space/planetary combat, there would also an ongoing story which I plan to release on a monthly basis which would have effects on the server.
What I want to know is if/how many people would be interested in a playing on such a server before I shell out any money for hosting.

No problem, as stated, anyone on the thread will get an invite to the play test (on Thursday 11-4pm UK Time)

I hope to get the server up and running full time in early May, I'll continue to update this thread on progress etc.

Sounds nice! I'm just starting to comprehend this game in single and I like it so far, so It would be nice to join someone's server with RP, should be fun :-)

UPDATE:

I'm in the process of re-working the earth colony to make the conveyor systems and layout more user friendly.

I've completed the custom respawn ships and balanced them against each other, all I have left to do is export them to a mod file.

Aside from that, everything is on track for playtesting on Thursday.

Just ran a single player survival test and all seems to be functioning. I'll be running an open game for the next couple hours (however any changes to the map will be revered before launch) if you'd like to get some hand on time in the world then either join my game today or Thursday to see how the world is shaping up.
