The best thing to do right now would be to use Discord app to create a sever and use its voice chat since the one in SE gives you problems.
+
Create a new Bug Report on the Support Portal so you can have SE programmers helping you.

That said, you may have a look at the Forum Workaround Pin, it's all the important to do first with solutions shared by players able to fix all sorts of problems.

EDIT
PROXIMITY VOICE CHAT
The built-in Proximity Chat follows the same rules as the suit antenna: You can hear each other within 200m, and beyond that, you need to build antennas to be audible in active antenna broadcasting range.
You enable the built-in proximity chat in the Options under Audio Options.
To broadcast, hold the key that you configured in the Options under the Controls.
Most people use TeamSpeak, Mumble, or Discord for secure faction voice chat.

That's fine, discord doesn't work for the thing i am trying to accomplish in the game though. that being a server wide radio station. So that's why i wrote here asking for help with voice chat.
If you need any additional information - let me know.
Also keen website doesn't let me log using brave in for some reason, most likely i have to turn off all the tracking protection, which i dont want to do just cos setting it back up also takes time. If you think i absolutely should post there, then i would perhaps do it
Also i ve installed that dx package it didn't change anything.
I probably should mention that it did work yesterday, at least people said they could hear me, but it stopped working after some time (like an hour)
I am also testing both accounts(from different PCs) on the same network. Could it be a network issue? if so, how can i prevent it?
I am currently running a hotspot from a phone. Now that i think about it, could it be that some ports that are required for voice chat are closed? Now that i think of it this would make sense?
You mean that you want all the hear you chat from everywhere on the server ?
but SE voice chat is limited to 200m and woking when we have antenna relays.

" I am currently running a hotspot from a phone " = ??
I don't use a Phone much so not sure on what you are talking about.
-> would be a big plus to have SE Programmers helping you and they give help only from a Bug Report or Request Help.
so that is not an option for you and will have to wait for a player knowing about this problem you have.
1)SE voice chat is limited to antenna range on a grid, sorry for this simplification, not gonna make it server wide, just some planets and moons
2)a phone has a 4g connection that is used by all devices that connect to the phone via wi-fi (surprised you haven't encountered this)
3)i ve seen at least 2 tickets with this problem suppose it doesn't hurt to post there, i ll do it but i dont have high expectations since 2 similar posts are without answer
4)what do you mean i have to wait for player knowing about this problem tho? it is pretty rare, and by the looks of keen forums, i might just be the first person knowing how to fix it if i get to the bottom of this. Hope you are here to help.
Since i ve tried a lot of possible fixes already, lets focus on connection first
I still haven't received a date on when provider is going to connect me to fibre so might as well tinker with the hotspot.
Also both PCs that are completely different in every aspect have the same problem is suspicious. The only thing they have in common is the network. If we consider there s been like 10 ppl in all 10 years of SE with this problem who posted on steam or keen forum - unlikely i have 2 of the same problem at the same time, is it?
As of today problem persists and didn't go away on its own.
Could you maybe give some support in this aspect? Do you know maybe how voice chat works? does it need a separate port? If yes how to know which one? Do you know if there are any logs or information about voice chat usage where activities and errors can be viewed? i know some games keep those as text - it may give me an indication of what's wrong.
+ I also think it may be a game bug the SE team should know about and why I recommended to have a chat with them first, to have a first clue.
I think you are at testing wire connected to home router to see if it will work and wait to see if other players reading have a solution when using Wifi and will post in.
Yes i ve posted it on keen support, still no reply on topic though, 2 bad you cant test it using ur phone for me, but i have a technician finally arriving to connect the fiber optic tomorrow, i ll let you know if something changed this week(probably).
Meanwhile, do you have any insight on how does voice chat in this game work? i ve read it uses steam voice chat (API?) Does it go through the server i am connected to or does it just kinda go straight to the client in range? And anything else you could tell me about how it works :)
+ My friends use Discord (they were using TeamSpeak before) when we go MP so not sure if the in-game voice chat is working in the new game version.
The SE Community Manager surely know more than me about the "how it works", all can contact him from the Email added to the pinned green messages.
