Poor shadow quality on all settings

No matter what shadow setting i set it to (Low) (Medium) (High) (Extreme), they all look the same and has extreme flickering anyone know how to fix this? I've already updated my drivers, reinstalled the game, it does this with AND without mods. Specs: AMD Ry-zen 7 7700, RTX 4090, 128 GB ram, i just built this thing so i could finally play this game i have not been able to play this game sense the frostbite update do to frame hitching problems on 2 of my computers.

The SE Devs may have to fix update the game to run in your PC,
OR
they will have a solution for you so the best you can do is to contact them ASAP.

i just contacted them, so im guessing its going to be a week before i get a response?

mmm it may be the new NVIDIA Driver the problem ?


I did not updated my GTX, I still use the last 2022 Driver

-> GTX Strix 1050 Ti Driver Date: 12 5 2022

It should not be long to reply if you created a Portal Bug Report but you should also create a "Request help" to see if they will step in faster.

They left me on red, what do you think i should do now? Is it possible that my OS is the problem, I have been having problems with the drive my OS is on.

I don't know, it's more a Graphic issue but you may try all you can to find a solution.

For sure me my son and friend don't have this problem so there is something wrong for sure.

i just installed windows 10 on a new drive and on a different m.2 slot and ran space engineers, there is no change

Looks like your PC is not made to run SE game, well my PC is lower than your and all good so I really don`t know why you have problems.
