Mouse/Keyboard stops working while in game

my mouse/keyboard stops working after I play this game for about 5-10 minutes
They don't react to anything I'm doing turnig capslock on takes a long time and somtims doesn't work az all
my mouse does have a changeble DPI setting and a light that indicates on wich setting i am currently when I play this game for 5-10 minutes the light turns of I can'T change the setting and moving the mouse/clicking doesn't do anything
I have Windows 10 a rapoo V900 mouse and a Roccat ISKU // Iluminated Gaming Keyboard

i have a similar Problem,

when starting a game (tutorial/custom/etc....) i can´t move nor go back to options or anything else...

turning around with mouse works....

have just a "normal" keyboard "Speedlink Iovia"

found MY problem: Synergy was working in background.
