Problem with hamachi server?

My friend is trying to host a server with hamachi. He followed the instructions at the guide here: http://www.spaceengineersgame.com/dedicated-servers.html and he was able to connect to his own server. However, I cannot join his server because when I try, it's either stuck at "Waiting for world data" or "Downloading World 0%". I am able to connect to other servers so the problem shouldn't be at my end. Another friend also had the same problem with space engineers server hosting. Also, one of my friends reported that in server configurations, there was no setting for OnlineMode, which was present in the dedicated server guide image. Any help would be a ppreciated :)
