Velocity will make it spin.
Tip - You must configure the rotor before adding blocks to it.
If i load my base up in creative mode would you be able to show me? that link didnt provid the help i needed
You have to try all the settings one at a time and test to see.
My quote : ''it's by trying that I find the solution''
I don't have time to join your world but there is A lot of video tutos in the ''Guide'' section of the forum that you could try.
A lot of video tutos can be found with Google video search too.

2- Hit ''G''
3- drag and drop your rotor to slot 1
4- a window will open
5- choose ON/OFF
***************
1- repeate 1 to 4 drag and drop your rotor to slot 2
2- choose ''increase velocity''
***************
1- repeate 1 to 4 drag and drop your rotor to slot 3
2- Choose ''decrease velocity''
Now you have the needed shortcuts
tho if it's not working it's because you are doing it wrong > You have to try another way and don't forget to add a reactor cause it won't spin without.
