Not complaining, just some ideas. Looks like a great game :)
Really interesting!
Can I add them to my list?
Done! :)
- Gravity generator for small ships (but with greatly reduced effective radius).
- Atmospheric and/or Force field generators. I can imagine tuning the field size and shape from the Cockpit menu (and Field Frequency), or just building blocks for the Field so it occupies a set area of open space where cubes don't currently exist. The Force Field would only prevent fast objects (missiles, bullets, other ships) and beam weapons from passing through, and would take lots energy and time to generate the field, but minimal to energy sustain the field. Impacts would 'damage' the field. Energy and time is then required to re-generate the field. If Field block is completely damaged before it can regenerate, that block can be passed through by anything.
Done.
But please, try to reduce your second idea. It's a list, it must be concise :)
Done :)
Gravity field stopping walls (lead walls)
Small ships affected by gravity when generators are off (railgun small ships out of big ships)
Remotely hotkey turn a ships generators on or off outside the ship. (car keyfob)
