Load Button

Is there anyone beside me, wish there was a load button in the pause menu?

If you want to quicksave/quickload the map you're on you can use the F5 key. Shift+F5 while ingame will give you a quicksave option, which is the same as normal saving. F5 will then let you load the last save made, whether it's the world you're on or a different one.
