Being able to type in values for rotors, pistons, etc

Hello, I'm sure others have encountered this, it is quite tricky and hasslesome sometimes to get everything right just using a slider bar. Being able to edit the numbers directly when you know exactly what you want would be a huge help. Thanks for looking.
