Though it doesn't sound like it should be be to hard to write a script on a programmable block to do just that.
I also woulnd't mind the door control panel optionally functioning as a single button, which could be used for things other than door control.
Had a similar idea a while back for just a checkbox option, but didn't post it for some reason. The current bug with the doors starting open (version 1.105) has brought the desire for this option to the fore of my mind again.
I'd quite like to be able to secure my inner air lock doors, to stop them from being opened in the event that the outer door is not sealed.
The script basically runs once a second off a timer block, and will lock down certain doors if it detects a depressurised environment.
All you'd need to do (besides looking up the script, which I can't remember the name of) is set it up on a programming block, with a timer, and make sure your air vents and doors are properly named. (I believe the script itself gives you fairly airtight directions to follow, if you pardon the pun.)
Which is why several players, myself included, think that we should either have a smaller O2 tank for use just with airlocks (fill it 3/4 full then shut it off. the extra space is for airlock atmosphere) or a way to stop O2 tanks from filling past about 80%
