Also, the first version of the modding API is coming out this Thusrday, so perhaps you'll even be able to have an interactable one soon.
You mean the modding API, or the buck teeth? The API was mentioned in the recent blog post (it's pinned if you want to read it), and with theoreticaly let us do anything we want. It's only the first version though so I doubt we'll have a fully functioning Cortana AI this Thursday. The teeth were just too big in 4, they weren't realy buck teeth, but you know. They were prevelant.

and yes also for the lack of information on a cortana mod for SE im going to give it a shot and see where it goes. maybe even use some the mod api to give it some life lol. if you have any ideas let me know and ill try and respond as soon as possible :)
