More power in your suit
Hopefully there's already a solution to this, but I find it annoying to do space walks due to how fast the suit is draining. At least an option in the world creation like how you can set construction speed, etc.? (It's been a while since I played, this being one of the main reasons. I played Empyrion today and found that balance to be MUCH more acceptable with regards to food/oxygen levels, so if we could have power/oxygen on the same scale, that would be a lot more managable.

I have made mention of a personal battery before, but idk if that was ever seen. Basic idea was it looked similar to the vanilla batteries, just alot smaller, and they would fill your energy meter like the oxygen bottles do now when you had one in your inventory. They would be a little expensive, but could hold three or four charges.

There are a couple of mods that make oxygen and energy more efficent though. Just do a workshop search.

Adding more suit life is a high priority to many Survival players, especially since we can carry O2 bottles for more air.

Hell, an outer skin of material that acts as a solar panel in miniature would be great...

I agree, at least they can give us something to expand the lifespan of the Energy drain, like the respectve Bottles for Oxigen and Hydrogen.

-> We need a thing like a craftable Portable Energy cell to improove our suit energy, it would be awesome.
-> And/OR maybe an item that set-modify the consumption of the suit to ibridize Hydrogen-Energy, in order to consume more(and make it more usefull) of our Hydrogen Bottles as the 50% of the Energy consumption.

@Manuelando : This discussion is almost 8 years old. Make up a new discussion rather than using this dead one.

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
