Advanced Graphics Options / Disable Bloom / Serious eye strain issues
Bloom and various other postprocessing effects are a serious issues that cause eye strain and headache for quite a big amount of people.

For me personally I can not play this game longer for more than 2 hours without having to step away from my computer for a while.

Just to make things clear, this is not an issue with almost all other games that have advanced graphic settings where even an 8 hour long session doesn't cause any of these problems.

First off, yes I know the Shift + F12 Developer Screen exists, but only in Creative, so if you are playing in a Survival map the process of playing without bloom currently is the following:

1. Start up Space Engineers
2. Load into your Survival map but set in Creative mode
3. Open the Developer Screen
4. Render Tab > Image Settings > Set Bloom to 0
5. Save and go back to the main menu
6. Load into your Survival map but this time in Survival mode
7. Enjoy the game without headache and eye strain issues

Now the thing is, this bloom setting resets everytime you restart the game, so this process has to be repeated every single time you start up the game, add a mod or update it. Since the games loading times aren't the fastest either (SSD, 6 core, GTX 960) this process also takes up quite a big amount of unnecessary time.

Suggestions:

1. Give us an map option to enable the Developer Screen in a Survival game

2. Add advanced graphic options that give us access to:

Bloom
Motion Blur
Ambient Occlusion
HDR
Depth of Field

The DirectX 11 update is almost a year old now, the lack of these option is just not understandable from my point of view seeing how they are in the game already just hidden away in a menu most of the players propably dont even know about.

I really like how this game expanded its content over the past few years, but please also make it more customer friendly.

Bump

An option to disable head bob while floating would also be appreciated.

Super frustrating that there still don't seem to be options for this. Bloom is causing huge amounts of glare.

I feel like I should clarify:
I appreciate that you can turn off post-processing altogether, but it'd be nice to have some more "advanced" video settings/controls.

Yeah the new graphical update combined with the new block textures makes all my ships look like sh*t! It's really too bad, so I went and gave Keen 10 dollars to play a version of the game I already paid for.
