Keyboard keeps spamming "/" key

I already tried these

Problem: Continuous stream of “11111” in text box
Solution: If you keep pressing the numpad key and turn off NumLock key, the windows keyboard driver gets corrupted. The numpad key still appears to be pressed, even if you restart the application. The only way how to get back to the correct state is to press numpad key again with NumLock enabled.

And doesnt seems to work. (Alas its my "/" key that keeps spamming without my control)

Already restarted and continues. I removed my key that was spamming from the keyboard,in this case the "/" from the keypad,and it worked,but i am missing a key on my keyboard now,buy anyway it works. I dont know if it was malfunction of my own keyboard,because i tried on other texts that key from the keypad and really had a strange pattern of repeating the "/" after i pressed a certain times,but in the game he started typing "/" even if the numpad was disabled. So resuming,i dont know if was totally malfunction of this key from my keyboard of parcially from the game,i know that is the first time i remember having problem with this keyboard on a game.
Thanks for the reply Drui,and if you find some way to solve this without having to remove my "/" key,please send a message or something. (And sorry my english)
