Giant Invisible Crater in World

As the title suggests, upon walking on the planet surface, my friend and I's car falls into the surface, there is no visible hole in the planet and it runs quite deep, so its a pretty big problem. I was under the impression this was patched, anybody have any reccomendations onnhyow to handle? I apologize if this belonged in troubleshooting, I really wasn't sure which catagory to place it under.
