Chat Window cuts off all chat

At times the chat window cuts off what people say so that your lucky to see 1 line of the last thing typed in. This bug has been around for a long while and is very frustrating in an online game where talking to other players via chat is a large part of it.

Also as a suggestion can we get a scroll bar to scroll back through chat log on stuff we may have missed because things scroll by to fast when lots of people are chatting?

It's sad this thread was necroed from nearly 2 month ago and they still haven't fixed this bug.
