And / Or :
Delete the content of the other ShaderCache folder in the Steam folder :
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers\Content\ShaderCache
_____________
Also happened when uaing some specific Mods and the Mod author added the information on how to fix in the Workshop item description.
Best to contact a SE Programmer if that solution did not helped, also if nothing in the Forum/Community workaround(s) Pin 📌 worked.

That said, you may create a new discussion in "General Discussions" Forum where you will share the game log, a Veteran player may see something wrong in there.
You may share here in Ethancat1647's discussion, too.
How to share the complete game log on Steam :
The game log can be found here:
C:\Users\ (Your user name) \AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\SpaceEngineers.log
or simply hit the Windows key + R and type in :
%appdata%\SpaceEngineers
The log file should be from the game session where you've encountered the bug. If you start the game again, the log will be overwritten.
post log file to www.pastebin.com and add the link here.
Game log will have the date on it, like this for example :
>> SpaceEngineers_20240629_122459344.log <<
Tried reinstall end so on, no changes. Log below.
https://pastebin.com/QTCvRCDp
In your Log I see you have a launch option and Mod errors :
Launch option = +connect_lobby 109775241811471792
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers\Bin64\SpaceEngineers.exe"+connect_lobby 109775241811471792
+
A lot of MOD_ERROR
___________
First thing you should try would be to remove all launch options to see if that will fix.
How to remove Launch Options
Open your Steam Library
1 - Right click Space Engineers and select Properties.
2 - On the General tab you'll find Launch Options section.
3 - Remove the launch options, delete all in that text box.
4 - Close the game's Properties window and launch the game.
Test without any Mods after, for a second test because you have MOD_ERROR in the log.
And I dont have any mods installed, after a quick google search, the Mod_Errors are connect to the MusConcert folder which has been added in the Signals Update.
And the whole problem also appears if my son connects to my games.
Strange, in that case I recommend to contact a SE Programmer, he may know something I don't.

Questions for you :
-> Is it the same when you create a new Local world set Offline mode or it happens only when you join a MP world ?
+
-> Is it the same when you join one of the Official Servers ?
Ok, so it happens in only one specific world save, and no need to fix the game files because it's related to one world only.
= You will have to tell the host to create a new world all on default settings, set creative mode to test faster, and join to see if all good.
Use it as testing world and set on Friends mode to play with your son :
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2447619845
EDIT
Sub to it first and it will be in -> New game -> Community Content
You have to load it first and set your Survival Kit on "Share with all" in control panel, this way your son will see it in the Respawn screen and be able to respawn next to you at your Sur. Kit.
Edit
Sorry corections made.
+
Must download it first to have it in your "Load game" menu, load/save/exit and set on friends mode.
