Since there is no integrated graphice in your Laptop I don't know why you see this error message.

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/en/product/75116/Intel-Core-i7-4700HQ-Prozessor-6-MB-Cache-bis-zu-3-40-GHz-
the IGPU driver has to be installed before the DGPU driver
you have a Microsoft Basic Render Driver (with indicate something is wrong, not installed)
give us a full dxdiag log (save info button, run as admin, post on pastebin)
I double checked the device manager for any "unknown" or generic driver devices and couldn't find anything. I also double-checked that every driver for every device on my laptop is installed, but no luck.
Here's the Dxdiag info: https://pastebin.com/5dJPwJRW
EDIT
''Didn't know that OEM deactivate IGPUs to not save battery time''
^^ That is why we don't have to disable the integrated Graphic, Laptops Needs 2 Graphic to run properly.
There are no drivers listet for DRAM and SMBus Controller
a lot of Errors WindowsNonFatalSuspectedDeadlock (Geolocation.dll)

Yes some had to reinstall Windows, when nothing works = it may be a bad Windows update.
