Does not take long once we know the steps :
1 - Go to Control panel from ship Terminal.
2 - Select / highlight the first block or group on top of the left list.
3 - Hit Ctrl+A to select all blocks.
4 - Select "To Me" on the right side and click ok/save.

Doing so will tell you if it is a ownership problem.
Yes, I have done that. That is why I'm assuming it has to do with the armor blocks that are set to unowned. As far as I know, you can't change the ownership of those blocks without destroying and rebuilding them.
I see, I tried without having trade mode on, on the connector as well, but the items still didn't show in the sell menu
If you are using the Store Block and enter Sell mode, you'll have to click on the pull-down menu to the right, what cargo inventory you wish to access: you have your player's personal inventory OR a list of cargo blocks in your docked ship. You can only sell from one inventory at a time. You have to change which block inventory that you're dealing with. So it's a good idea to have anything you want to sell in one cargo block if possible (like a large cargo container).

Went directly in the Cargo I have selected :

So make sure the Cargos are set to "ME" and you should be fine even if armor blocks are set to nobody.
All blocks will be set to you on pasting.
EDIT
Blueprint it with Ctrl+B = much better than copy Ctrl+C

Delete the original to use the pasted one and just don't forget to disable creative when done.
I only have about 5 mods installed on this save, and I tried to make sure they wouldn't interfere with the economy system. The only thing that I have that adds items is the eat, drink, sleep, repeat mod.
I'm currently at work so I can't give you the exact mods I have installed, but by tomorrow I'll post a list as a reply to this.
About Mods, it's very easy to know if it is a Mods problem, we just have to create a new world, all NPCs disabled but keep only economy so Trade station in, spawn on Tinan Drop Pod, open the Data Pad to save the GPS of the Trade station in.

Teleport your character there by using the Amdin nemu Alt+F10 to enable creative to teleport, paste your ship, disable creative when done and go test.
I sold a lot so they don't buy now but it should reset every 20 minutes :

Note
The only thing is that I don't see cockpit and connector inventory, I see only my character and Cargo containers.
