If you're on another Console : You're on a console, and with complications, you can't, as differing platforms.
There is a limitation with playing cross-play games. The worlds aren't as large because game consoles can't handle the massive size of the full Star System world.
This limitation is why it may be a better option to use the Space Engineers Dedicated Server Manager. We can set a game hosted through that program to be the limited worlds so console users are able of joining through a setting in the config file.
Best to join available Public servers set on compatibility mode for crossplay, the ps version is very limited compared to the Steam version so we must join crossplay compatible servers.
All can join the SE community from the Discord permalink added to this pinned :

Once on the Keen Discord -> Go to the Role selection channel to choose PC role, Ps role and Xbox Role to unlock all channels -> go to the "server-ads-Xbox" and "server-ads-ps" channels to try all availble servers.

No need to buy a second PC to run the SE Dedic or rent a server set on compatibility mode.
