Does the game work with a Nvidia GT 240?
I'm thinking about buying this game but I really don't want to spend money on something that might not even run on my pc.
Normally you get demos for testing but like with most early-access games, this isn't an option.

The most critical aspect for me is the graphics card.
I couldn't find any good information about my card's performance compared to the minimum requirement (GeForce 8800GT) or if it is even supported by the game at all.

My system specs:

OS: Windows XP (32-Bit) SP 3 or Windows 7 (32-Bit / 64-Bit)
Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GT 240, 1 GB RAM
CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 630, 4x 2.8 GHz
RAM: 3 GB (Win XP) / 4 GB (Win 7)
DirectX: 9.0c (Win XP) / 10 (Win 7)

Would the game run with this or do i have to upgrade something first?

Thanks for any advice.

It'll run, but not well. I was using a Phenom II x4 965 and a Radeon HD6870 - significantly better than what you have, and I was struggling around 15-25 FPS, I had to upgrade to play this.

EDIT: A 64 bit operating system is imperative to play this as well as having at least 6GB of RAM for both HW/OS and game allocation. You need a 64 bit operating system to even install more than 4GB.

What year is it? I haven't heard about that card in a long ass time.

I bought this computer in July 2009 and I never upgraded anything because for all the things that I work/play with, it was powerful enough. Until now.
Guess it's time to get some new hardware.

Thanks for your help.
