How to restore color palette to default?

Sorry for asking this noob question, but how do I restore the default colors that appear when you open the color palette when pressing "P" ?

Well, as far as I know, the Colour palette opens with G and you just press "Defaults"~
note: I have changed a lot of key bindings, and have never used the palette.
But hey! I'm part of the rapid response team:

Thanks man. I've already tried that, but the colors don't revert.

I've noticed that too, since either the newest patch or the one before. Nothing happens when pressing 'Defaults'.

Point your Building Block (or, whatever's on deck) towards any object painted with the Colour that you wanna match, then Press Shift + P and it'll match the Colour to the Block you're about to place...:-)

Thanks Arkham99 for your answer, but my overuse of Shift + P was what got me into this problem in the first place.

Now I dont have any default colors to "Shift + P" anymore.

That's why I want to reset the color pallete to its default original state.

Yes, that's exactly my problem.

If I (or somebody else) manage to fix it, I will make a wall with blocks painted with each of the default tones available on the palette to have as a reference. Just in case you know.

Start a brand new world. Write down all the values. Go back to your original map and restore them each manually.
Unless your one of those who will watch whatevers on, because the TV remote is just out of reach.

I've also done that too and every time I start a new world the color palette remains the same, with the previous changed colors.

Really. That is a bad bug. I have standard values and set my palette to the same colors every time. So I had no Idea.
Defauolt colors in any game seem a little souless to me.
