How Do I Select A Single Item

When transferring items from my cargo to my inventory, how do I only move a single item? I have tried the drag and drop, the double click, the SHIFT+CLICK, the CTRL+CLICK, and the right click along with a few other random stuff.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

richt click drag and select how many you'd like.

I recommend to watch the SE Tutos from the video links in-game F1 because a lot of new features have been added to the game and it's not the same at all now compare to 2014.
