I think Keen will be rolling out a fix in the next update, this bug has cropped up before in previous versions, Its a RAM issue I think.
Yup, looks like a bug, only just started playing again as I had a horrible ore bug before. Slightly annoying/
I have been playing singleplayer and experiencing it, it is even worse than it was before now, I hope we don't have to wait until thursday for a fix because I am starting to want my money back.
Is it ok to delete all the floating ore?
though i noticed that they actually despawn but not fast enough and in ~8 hours amount of cargo ships goes around 40
@Bobmin in SE Toolbox you can tell them by having a description
"Antenna|Antena 2|Antena 3|Antena 4<Cargo ship name>" number of "Antenna" depends on number of antennas on the ship with mining transport having none, mining carriage having one and so on
Thanks that makes it much easier. I thought it might be them but I wasn't sure and I didn't want to delete the derelicts. I enjoy pulling those back to my base and picking them apart for ideas.
The game is alpha, stuff happens but it will get fixed.
