Awesome/Badass Ship names!

i was thinking of a good name for an battle cruiser designed to give off broadsides like a classical earth naval vessel, what should i name it?

ALSO just suggest all the names u can think of!
good ones, like prometheus, battlestar, hyperion, stuff like that

come on guys, i need you all to get a final name for this heavily armored monster. Halp XD

You can't have a ship named that without having a ion pulse cannon

Well atm you cant have Ion cannon but you could built huge version of a rock cannon - i guess it would have visually a similiar effect :]

Btw there is an Ion cannon search sektans mods. Its an older one. If you dont like it send him an email he might make one upon request to your specs.

I always have a naming system for my ships, it's got the name, then the mass (in tons) and then some letters denoting modifications from the original ship, for example, my mining vessel was called the cherry picker, had an empty mass of 185 tons, and therefore it was named the Cherrypicker 185T (T for tons). Then the battery block came about, where I made a version of the Cherrypicker with battery power rather than reactor powered. The Cherrypicker then became the Cherrypicker 185T BU (BU meaning Battery upgrade)

Whenever I've named a ship it's just whatever pops into my head at that moment. For anything I publish, I just name the class of the ship (Grub, Marlin, and Bison are a few of mine) and allow whoever uses it to name it. Just be sure to allow antennae to broadcast the ship name. Example, on one of my ships it could look like "Sparrowhawk - Marlin Class Corvette" on the HUD

You can add the prefix USS or HMS, but I like to create my own.
