can t change the material of the voxel hands

This Answer might be a bit late but in case anyone else has this issue:

Change the Keys assigned to "Prev. Color or Camera" and "Next Color or Camera" in the Control Settings (default keys are [ and ] ) to something else (it`s in the Tab called "Systems 2").
