how to start fullscreen?

I can't play the game because every time I start it, it is windowed and the window is stuck in the bottom right corner of my screen, with most of it cut off and I can't move it and I can only see the top left corner of the game.

I don't see an options menu. I have tried adding "-fullscreen" to the launch options in steam, but that doesn't work.

How do I fix the game so it launches full screen?

when you're in game and it only shows half the window, try pressing alt+enter.

Alt+Enter didn't work, but I did get it figured out. I had to reduce the size of my windows task bar to reveal the "Options" menu button so I could get into the video settings.

IMO the game would benefit from a pre-launch configuration menu.
