The Mods you use all load OK when alone in new created world ?
I have since, completely purged Steam and space Engineers, before a complete reinstall.
I have no appreciation for a botched update.
Troubleshooting comes with Mods and that will keep on till they stop changing the game.
You may follow the steps we all do after a game update to find the mods that needs to be removed and reported but keep in mind removing a Mod can break the save file at a point of no return = popup message saying the world is corrupted.
How to test a world or find broken/conflicting Mods :
1 - Select your save.
2 - Click the "Save as" button on the left.
3 - Change the save name to create a *copy.
4 - Withdraw or add one Mod at a time in the copy.
5 - Report to the Mod author (on WS item page) when broken Mod found so he can fix/update his Mod, always very kind to let them know.
*copy
Never test with your original save, better create a copy and fix the original save when solution found in the copy, this way you will not mess up your save.

Nothing in Space Engineers has been updated since the last update on May 23rd. If there was an update it was the Steam Client, which gets updated every few days without any notice or any easily located and viewed change list... or in your mods. You're pointing at the wrong thing to complain about.
= Mod problems is not something new, and like I said earlier -> Troubleshooting comes with Mods, sadly.
if steam updates one of your games like this it means it found a corrupt file and tried to fix it.
which means the problem is on your end, and you're being rude to someone who tried to help you.
to clarify: the last update for this game was in the second week of may.
the game did not update last night, your computer had corrupted files and steam tried to fix it, and THEN you started the game and had problems because said corruption most likely broke your game.
If I was rude I apologize. However, The botched update was the trouble. Linux seldom has corrupt files like your Windows O.S. , which still requires an occasional Defrag.
Milky Way Skybox
Advanced Systems Scaffolding
Automatic Ore Pickup
Alien Semiotics
Interior Door
Just about ANY mod with the (DX11) tag.
None of these mods are 'game breakers', the saves themselves load and seem to function just fine, as far as game play goes.
ALL of these mods have worked flawlessly in my world saves for several years, until recently that is. The mods also will no longer load in ANY of my previously saved worlds.
Something HAS changed with Space Engineers, but I'm no developer or programmer, so I couldn't begin to tell you what.
I think that the OP may have a legit gripe here, but I do agree, there's no reason to be rude about it, sh*t happens, either roll with it or roll in it, the choice is yours.
like i said, steam didn't update the game yesterday, you had a corrupt file is all.
Thanks for the discussion.
