Report a translation problem
The .sbm file is just a renamed .zip file, so you can change it to .zip and extract it to a folder under Mods. The folder name will show up in the Mod list so it can be anything you want. You can then use the mod in the game, and it should work as normal other than not online usable. Only mods that are published to the Workshop can be used on multiplayer games.
i could find that folder but i had no idea that the files were just renamed zip files. Now i can mod the mods and do what i need to do with them
For Example: "G:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\244850"
