Where is the mod install folder
Im trying to edit the speeds of some added cargo ships that was added from the more ships!!! mod because things get really gltchy and ships become uncapturable at the default speeds. I need to decrease their speeds to about 3 m/s before people can actualy hack them. Though i can't seem to find where the modded spawngroups.sbc file is.

Open Windows Explorer/My Computer. In the location bar at the top type %appdata% with the percent signs and press enter ( or manually go to c:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming ). This will take you to where a lot of programs store local data. Open the SpaceEngineers folder, then the Mods folder. You'll see a bunch of files with numbers and a .sbm extension. Those are the mods, the numbers are the Workshop file ID. For active mods you can get this by going to the mod page with a browser, or by showing the URL in Steam (Steam settings > Interface > Display Steam URL).

The .sbm file is just a renamed .zip file, so you can change it to .zip and extract it to a folder under Mods. The folder name will show up in the Mod list so it can be anything you want. You can then use the mod in the game, and it should work as normal other than not online usable. Only mods that are published to the Workshop can be used on multiplayer games.

Its in your steamaps folder now. The Number 244850 belongs to SpaceEngineers.
For Example: "G:\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\244850"
