ROVER : Can't accelerate with the wheels turned
As title say, I can accelerate forward but as soon as I use the left or right key my rover stop like I was using breaks . Any clue ?

Show pictures its likely what he said but if that doesnt fix it try more space between the wheels.
maybe like what real race stated, could be too sharp of a angle. Could also be heavy on a high G planet like the earth like. You may need to increase the power and speed level by adjusting all wheels as needed.

If not this, check keyboard assignment for keys crossing over. Example: you find W may be double assigned to another function.
If I lower the steering angle it work a bit better but it's not smooth above 20° . The steering tends to block the acceleration. The wheels are very spaced and have no block around that can bother the steering. If I harden the suspension it work better also. Not perfect, kind of collision box issue I guess. My actual solution : Use 2 wheels for stiring and 2 wheels for acceleration. The stiring should be under 16° for best result et the force of suspension sould be very high (up to 100% is better)
I've experienced something a little like this a couple of times.

First recorded instance was doing an orbital drop of a rover; messed the steering up exactly as you describe.

Second recorded instance happened more recently; after picking the rover up with a crane arm.

I have identified a tell-tale sign of this occuring: if you apply steering whilst stationary on a flat surface you will see one of the front wheels lift.

Save, exit & reload has worked as a fix (not 100% consistent).
Cut & paste the offending rover has worked as a more reliable fix.
Messing with the ride height has worked as a temporary fix, but has never fully resolved the problem.

Wheels binding up is a common issue. The more wheels you have, the more important it is to mess with the suspension settings. If this is happening with only two "axles", then you probably have blocks that are too close to the wheels.
