How do you fill hydrogen bottles at the UNSH Store?

I bought 2 bottles and some hydrogen. How do I fill the bottles?

I see that if I buy some hydrogen, it will fill my suit tank when I lie down in the bed. I want to fill the 2 bottles I just bought. Is this possible?

You bought hydrogen ... and it went where? Into some sort of tank? Put your hydrogen bottles into that tank either directly or using the conveyor system, then open that tank's config and check the checkmark "fill bottles" or press refill bottles button. I might messed up their names, but it's someithg like that.
I assume you have some ship already docked with that station.

When you buy the bottles, they are empty.
To fill bottles, they need to be placed in either an O2/H2 Generator with ice, or a Hydrogen Tank. Both of which you will need to have access to, usually by being your own grid.
When you buy hydrogen, it will transfer from that stations Hydrogen tanks to your hydrogen tanks through the connector which your ship is connected.
I suspect here that you have no ship connected, therefore no where to put the Hydrogen as you do not have access to the stations grid to use their Tanks and O2/H2 Generators.

I ran on foot to the store. The hydrogen I bought was allocated to my use for my suit when I lay down in the bed. If I used up what I bought, the suit would not refill until I purchased more. It seems you can't fill the bottles you buy with out your own vessel or H2/02 generator. Thank you both for your gracious help.

Lots of holes in this question that need to be filled for anyone to be able to answer it accurately. Where did you buy hydrogen from? That's not possible in the default game. There's 10s of thousands of mods. Bottles don't come filled when we buy them we have to put them in a tank with auto refill enabled or in a generator that has ice and power.

Sorry about the obtuse nature of my inquiry.
I bought the Hydrogen at the UNSH store. I was trying to add 3 full bottles to my inventory so I could scout a good spot to build my base. I bought empty bottles. Then I bought hydrogen. This was from the store in the UNSH Beacon Station.

Hi, we must have a connected ship with "Trade mode" enabled on your ship connector first to be able to lock on Trade station connector and be able to transfer Hydrogen to ship tank if available at the store.

Trade mode option will prevent power and Hydrogen to go through, we can see more details on mouse over that "Trade option" on connector in control panel.

Bottles can be refilled when placed into a O2/H2 Gen having ice in.

I don't have a clue what the UNSH Store or Beacon Station is. Are you running a mod that adds whatever that is? It's not possible to buy hydrogen, the gas, from stores in the base game.

I did not played with economy since the last game update but I remember some creating forum discussion asking how to transfer Hydrogen when available at the Trade station.

So it is/was a thing to buy Hydrogen and not sure if the same today.
