This is what you were talking about, right?

Since this is a ground vehicles-based thread. (which is rare, mind you) I'll just shemelessly throw this here.

The general pompousness of your OP is kind of off putting as well. The popular guys are popular for a reason. They make good ♥♥♥♥ that everyone wants and it works. Yelling "but Im better" does nothing to help your cause. In fact, it hurts it. And 'scratching out your eyes' instead of putting forth the effort to put together a 'how to' of sorts is just pointless. If you believe you have a better way just show it and if it is indeed better people will take notice of it.
All that said, I will still give it a look. Id work on your delivery though. Js
To conclude, your OP about this being what you consider to be the best is, in a word, wrong, and to add the aforementioned pompous attitude concerning them and the builds of 'inferior' designs is unjustified. On the top five for worst cars I have driven in game.

To be honest I can see why your design works, but it shows little consideration to material cost. Its a creative car for racing around in. :)
Same. They are more or less pointless at the moment. I was considering making a small one for the rather large base I am currently working on in survival though. Just because. I personally think hovercrafts are the way to go though even when planets are incorporated. Tartaross' are pretty bad ass imo
try the hoverbike mod. That does look slick and if ya get it going be sure to post it up and lemme know :)
Well, finally got it updated. If you manage to survive the FPS genocide from the turret/treads, feel free to tell me how it feels to use this, if there is anything this thing can do :3
yeah, I likely wouldnt get far with that one lol. Looks bad ass though. gg
Thanks. :D
Although with that new suspension I put in, it basically brushes off high drops like it's nothing, not to mention being able to climb obstacles without the front drive wheels breaking off now.
Yes thank you, fixed OP
Thanks for notifying me, I will check and see if something is wrong with it. I haven't looked at it since I made it, perhaps an update in the last few months is responsible.
Ok, I think I found out what was going on. I had the same issue. I totally forgot about this and feel a bit silly.
Press 1 before you start driving. It's the parking brake. I implore you to give it another try!!!
I'm not sure if I included it on the workshop page, but this vehicle has multiple redundancies, meaning it will work with/without several assists. Gyros are active by default to enable "cheater" handling by using the mouse, but it can work without gyro as well.

This guy has done several good projects using hover and sensors. They work really well on flat land.
