Conveyor tube windows

Franklly I think it was better as they were with the transparent glass... now they're bland and ugly pipes... I understand how you guys are trying to improve performance but for me there was none, and I use a lot of tubes around... Please bring them back as an option or something.. I always had the hope that one day we could see components going through them.. now... my dreams are shattered....

They could use a bit of polish, but I thought the glass was stupid. Nothing in real-life looks like that, and they always looked completely out of place on your industrial ships (the ones likely to have the most conveyor piping) because of all the pretty, shiny, FRAGILE looking glass.

I instantly found mods with conveyors that looked like they belonged in a factory and never looked back.

At least now I can use the vanilla ones where I don't care what they look like and not have to worry about adding tons of useless glass reflection to my GPU's workload.

I'm happy now that they're gone, personally. Now there's mysterious hammer space inside where I can imagine all the arms and rollers needed to move the hundreds of random objects through them.
