How do i make a rotor rotate to the exact degree i want it to rotate to?
I'm trying to make hangar doors of some sort on a floating space station. I want to make one of the panels rotate 180 degrees, So i set the upper limit to 180 degrees. However, when I turn the rotor on from a control panel, it just spins in place. What do i do? Thanks!

first you need to place a block at least in the top rotor part, or it will spin non stop, then you have to adjust the torque and breaking torque until you see the limit is the one you want. More mass weight blocks whatever, more torque and breaking you are gonna need.
btw, for exact input, hold ctrl key and left click over the slide bar
