how do we remove shielded stations?
trying to clean up my world and i can't remove the stations with a shield around them. i took ownership of them, but that did not change anything. i have 5 of them. short of turning on ignore shields and grinding them down.
maybe there should be an admin control to turn off all shields. so the stations can easy be removed in game.

The only way I can think of is loading the save in creative and pressing ctrl-x while looking at the station. If this is on a server though, I believe only the serve admin would be able to remove it

Try Alt+F10 to open the admin screen, go to "Entity list", pick the object you want gone and delete it.

You can also turn off the safe zone from that same tool.

For non-multiplayer, use either creative or survival with admin tools, and ctrl-x the station. That should remove the station but the safe zone is still going to be there. Then go into the admin menu for safe zones, identify the right one and remove it.
I suggest making a save before starting any of this, so you can pull it back things go wrong.

In Space Engineers, you can remove a Safe Zone by following these steps:

1. Press Alt+F10 to open the Admin Tools menu.
2. In the menu, find the "Safe Zones" option in the drop-down list.
3. Select the safe zone you want to manage or remove.
4. Look for an option to delete or deactivate the Safe Zone from this interface.

Make sure you have admin privileges on the server or world to perform these actions.

Hi, I see Veteran players shared the needed but I will add something important to know.

1- Best to enable economy on creating the world.

2 - Do not disable economy once the world is loaded and saved, because the can Bug your save and keep all Admin Safe Zones where we can remove from the Admin menu Alt+F10.

3 - This one is for scenario authors :
-> There will not be any Trade stations on pasted planets in a world where economy was already enabled.
-> We must add new planets in brand new created world where economy never been enabled, so paste in planets + save/exit to enable economy to have Trade stations on those.

I recommend do find your best settings in testing worlds or copies to avoid breaking your Favorite saves.

To specify :

You must be sure you want to play with Trade Stations, enable economy only one time and do not remove it becauae you will have problems,
well you may remove it with some work but I recommend not to enable a second time so after you deleted all Trade stations and their Safe Zones because that may do more damage to the save files or not work at all.

Best to be sure before enabling economy.

It's not an option we can add and remove anytime we want.

to further clarify. this is on a survival world. i turned on economy by mistake. i don't want it on. and don't intend to turn it on again.
i did make a backup save, as save, file so if something goes wrong i have a backup. will probably do it again.
normal admin tools would not remove them like doing normal manual cleanup. i even tried to delete the entire faction/npc player that spawned them.
i will try some of the other methods suggested.
