Uncheck that, but first paste your cloud blueprints into a world so you can re-save them localy.
(edited for correction*)
After that you are ready to create "Local Blueprints" that will be saved on your C: Drive F10 in-game.
Just aim at your creation and hit Ctrl+B = That will save it as a Local Blueprint on your C: Drive ready to publish on Steam Workshop as "Hidden" for Perso use / Backup.
__
More details on how to Backup by creating Blueprints :
Ctrl+B = Always creates a new Bp with different number at the end of ships name by default.
So it looks like this by default every time you create a Blueprint of your creation :
- Auto-named -
"My ship", "My ship_1", "My ship_2", "My ship_3", and so on every time you Blueprint.
= This way I have all stages of the construction and will delete some once completed and published on the Workshop as "Backup".
> "Cloud Blueprint" = we *CAN'T edit/publish those.
Edit
This helps a lot to know :

Note
Keep in mind we lock +3 months old discussions because the game is not the same after a update where old disscussions may contain false information, or discussions that don't have any activity so no new posts since 3 months. also to avoid community reports about "Necroing old" and it is in the forum rules added to pinned green messages.
Never be shy to create a new forum discussion if you want players help, one problem at a time so all players can help on one idea/problem per discussions that matches the game version.
