Report a translation problem
I have tested all world options in Local Offline world to learn all about those world settings and to help find my Fav world settings.
After testing all features =
=> I now prefer to disable the auto-respawn feature and use Medical Rooms + Survival Kits as "Transport system", so I recommend to test without auto-respawn to see if you would prefer that setting.
= You will see all Medic Rooms and Survival KIts listed in the respawn screen for you to select where you want to spawn.

Silver =
I always find this one faster at the "Easy areas" of the game, like the Earth Desert where there is a ice lake = All planet ores over there.
Keep in mind that there are Easy, Medium and Hard areas in this game so we can have different gameplay starts.
If auto-respawn is OFF =
Just hit the Backspace key to open the respawn screen and select a Medic Room to respawn at.
I was desperatly trying to get it sorted before work and alas ran out of time, now at work.
We have a survival generator on the base (assumed that was a respawn point) but it does not sure in the list of respawn options.
We managed to make one cryo pod however it was "o2 low" when I tried to use it. We are on earthlike in the solar system scenario, so there is o2 outside....just the cryo pod seemed to be airtight, I guess we could hook it up to pipes but that would mean we would use our o2 supply up?.
Medical bay I am guessing needs medical components? its a logical assumption. However that brings us back to the silver issue. I spent the 40 minutes I had before work not playing the game but frantically looking for silver, I struck out.
The start game issues are causing some real grief for us:
1) we start 20km apart when you respawn or start....thats probably good for PvP but is awful for PVE. one of the guys quit out of the game after spending 20 minutes trying to get to us and feeling like it was an actual 20km hike. (well 24km in this case)
2) setting a respawn point should not be an advanced thing to do, really not. Hell in ark it is annoying to make a bed at the start but it is one of the first things you do, and hide is not too hard to come by. In Space engineers the silver needed makes the start of the game more of frustration than fun. I know when I load into the game again I am looking at a 20km hike....that doesnt make me keen to play.
You have so many mechanics that put this game ahead of Empyrion but early game really needs some love. It feels like the early game was tailored solely for single player or PVP and with no thought for PVE
Suggestion:
Allow players to spawn at any faction owned survival kit (server setting).
Since you get one in the starting respawn pod this would nulify the issue with silver at the start too.
Allow players to land a respawn ship near another player not 20km away (server setting as i know that would be undesirable on a pvp server)
On Earth planet = I just use a outside air vent set to "Depress" and conveyor connected to refill Oxygen tanks that are connected O2/H2 Generator and Cryo chambers.
= No need of Ice in O2/H2 Gen cause using the planet Oxygen to refill the O2 tank.
Silver = I already told you where it is.
You seem very new on the SE forums and don't know me so I must specify this :
I am not a SE Dev but Moderator community helper, game tester and they gave me the [dev] Tag after helping the community and the Devs for years so I can have admin rights to help on the Workshop.

I also collect all the most talked about every months on the new created forum discussions to add to my monthly report to the SE Team.
I do this since 2015 + test the game since 2013 and I help the SE community because SE is my Fav Sandbox game on Steam.
More than a lot are participating by creating Vote Feedbacks (Petitions) on the Portal where the Devs choose from the most wanted when they decide to add new, so I sringly recommend to go use the Portal search tool to find already created "Petitons" to comment and vote on the ones already in.

Not as a transport system just as a way to start on the base if you die offline rather than 20km away. certainly will look at that setting though when at home.
An air vent on "depress" ok that sounds cool, can you fill o2 bottles that way? Pet peeve in empyrion is that you have to make o2 bottles out of water when your on a planet with oxygen..... that would be a huge plus if we can simply bottle the air from the planet (so to speak)
Silver..... I am sorry to sound biter on this, just only had an hour or so of gaming time before work and spent 40 minutes of it looking for a resource I needed for essential early game items. Please take that as feedback not as an attack on the game...I code (only as a hobby) and i know sometimes negitive feedback can feel more of an attack than feedback but that wasnt my intention.
But I can give you the best Earth area that will avoid the exploring part for you :
GPS:Earth Easy Biome:48784.05:-5056.35:34844.1:
Select the complete GPS line and copy/paste in-game to use and find.
(Crtl+C / Ctrl+V in Text Panel will add to GPS Tab auto but hidden)

Explore the sand soil + ice lake over there ^ to find all the available Planet ores in same place, so in that Desert Biome.
You must disable the auto respawn to avoid the "20km away" problem.

Settings for servers need to be identical for the main spaceengineers-dedicated.cfg and sandbox_config.sbc in the save folder.
Want to add one thing to this.
To fill bottles with a tank you also have to turn on "refill bottles" in the terminal page of the tank, that funktion is off by default if I remember right.
