I have a good processor 5600X but is 1gb VRAM enough to run the game with GPU?
Ram 16GB.

That would be a nope.
A friend of mine has a 2gb VRAM card and he couldn't play it without major freezing and lag.

You would need to have the minimum GPU, that's what minimum specifications are for.

Please read the store page or the link below, I get you desperately want to play it but without the bare minimum GPU it's just not going to work.

Hi, what is the name of the Graphic card?

Have you compared the 3D test with the recommended on the Store page?

_______

I have used AMD Radeon 6850 1GB Vram a long time ago, I was able to run the game but it was not so good and now much better since I use GTX 1050 Ti

I have r7 240

Thanks for telling.

r7 240 = 1045 points on the 3D test

Minimum to run the game :

Radeon R9 270X = 4922 points on the 3D test

Conclusion
-> the r7 240 is +3000 points under the minimum to play and may not work at all, testing needed to be sure.

I can play in space. But on planets is where it really lags.

You will surely have a better Perfo playing in asteroid worlds / No planets because those planets are demanding.

For example => Xbox players can play with no more than 3 different planets in a world because they don't have enough memory.

Thanks for the help.

I played SE on ATI HD 7770 1GB and works good. You just need to have low textures, low shadows as GPU have limited amout of V-RAM

So you answered your own question, why did you bother even posting it?

Being socialable maybe, I used talk nerd speak back in my uni days to seem smart but know days most phones are more powerful then my first comp and youger folkare smarter and I'm getting dummer. A little warning about buying comp guts at the moment is they're more expersive due to the vaccination styrretes and variuos comp boards use the same plastic compound so it might pay or save to wait a few months .

@ Dan2D3D, Sorry but I can't remember details like that without alot of effort (cerebral anurism fried my brain) I have a couple of IT mates that custom nuild my comps when I need a new one, I decided the advent of Weaponcore signalled time for a new comp. I think my vid card is an AMD Radeon 7050 with ripsaw 5gig ram chips. (that's a semi blurry memory after a zone out for a bit, I might be full of it but those numbers triggered sa memory).

Yeah you can run it on less systems than the listed minimum specs, gf ran it on my old computer running an old radeon 240 gpu not to mention it's running a CPU that wasn't even good 11 years ago when I bought it. Gotta keep the settings low, but it will run it fairly smooth.

I keep it all low, the Earth planet looks like Jim's Mowing goes through twice a day the grass is so short.
