if you have an AMD gpu then you want dx 12 as you'll get better performance in game with your gpu if you have nvidia don't worry there's no performance increase because nvidia already has their cards maxed out in dx 11 for performance due to their multithreaded driver's that's why the 390x and 290x perform about as well as a 980 in dx 11 but in dx 12 they perform as well if not better then the 980 ti

and solar panels are broken you should not be able to turn them off by hitting Y to turn off your reactor's but it happens
