That said, the SE Devs don't reply here on Steam and they told the community to create new vote Feedbacks on their support Portal so they can choose to add in future game updates.
They want to keep working on SE as to make it better from community Vote Feedbacks.
How to participate in the making of the game :
Click "Submit Feedback" on their Support Portal.
https://support.keenswh.com/spaceengineers/pc
(create "Bug report" or "Request help"(Private) or "Feedback"(Petition) on the Portal)
-> Important to know on Portal Feedback (suggestion) :
1 - Feedbacks must have only one idea in for the vote system to work properly, more than one idea to vote on will become unusable.
2 - A good title that shows what is in to vote on will give it a better visibility to have more votes.
+ Copy/paste your Vote Feedback links here on Steam Forum so all can vote on your ideas.

Keep in mind it is the right time to create new Vote Feedbacks (Petitions) on the Support Portal about PVE because they are now working on that part.
Message from the Big Boss Marek Rosa :
What’s next :
We have so much more to explore!
In our next update, 1.205, we are going to go BIG!
- New resources
- New end-game blocks
- We take a deep dive into PVE encounters
- And we begin exploring exploration

I can already answer :
OP 1 - Why doesn't the game have a public Roadmap?
The Road Map is always on the Big Boss Marek Rosa Blog :
https://blog.marekrosa.org/2024/05/space-engineers-signal.html
OP 2 - Are there plans to improve the game's performance, especially in multiplayer mode and when using mods?
+
OP 3 - What steps are being taken to improve parallelization and simulation optimization?
+
OP 4 - Many players note that recent updates focus on adding skins and cosmetic mods, which do not add new content or gameplay improvements.
Just have to report all problems directly to them so they can start working on fix and improve, also create new Vote Feedbacks as suggestions to make a better game.

But don't be shy to contact them, they keep telling the community to do so when they
go Live streaming.
Edit
Sorry corrections made.
I can share one Vote Feedback I have created that got added to the game, use it as "Template" to create your Feedbacks :
[Petition] Drone block - Follow Guard Drone

And maybe 300km planets and 10 000km worlds... but that's a long way to go. Or if they go crazy, instanced world sections. A star, some planets, then jump into a different system, a little like in Star Trek or Star Wars. Just section off areas.
We'll see what we get first. But being able to build bigger ships without the game dying should be ONE of the top priorities.
Don't get your hopes up about any new updates either. It would be nice to see some changes and improvements but it's just not happening. This is without a doubt the glitchiest game in the universe even after years of development. I don't see any improvements in any of the latest updates that touch anything I'm involved with in SE.
Most of the major advancements in this game have come through mods and not through the developers at all. And this is a mixed blessing because with all of these mods comes alot of instability and even more glitches.
For most of us this game fascinates us, we play it until it frustrates the hell out of us and then we bail for months only to come back and nothing has changed or it's worse. That's just the facts.
Yesterday, July 12th, 2024, the "Space Engineers - Creation Showcase & Q&A" stream took place. During the stream, important questions were raised about the game's future development, performance improvements, and other aspects. Here are the key questions asked by Dragomirson and the responses from the streamer:
Answer: Keen Software House had public roadmaps in the past, but the current strategy avoids them to reduce pressure and potential disappointment in case of delays. This approach allows the development team to work more flexibly and announce changes as they are ready. It was mentioned that they might return to the practice of public roadmaps in the future.
Answer: Performance improvement is an ongoing process. Every update includes optimizations, though players may not always notice them. Developers are continually working on improving the game's stability and performance, with multiplayer performance being a significant focus.
Answer: The developers are aware of performance issues and are constantly working on solutions. The game's performance has significantly improved over the years, although there is still work to be done.
Answer: Parallelization and simulation optimization are key areas of focus. The team aims to better utilize multi-core processors by breaking tasks into smaller sub-tasks that can be executed simultaneously on different cores. This approach can significantly enhance game performance. The developers are continuously seeking ways to optimize and increase the efficiency of the game's engine.
Answer: The development team is actively working on resolving these issues. Improving simulation and increasing the game's stability are top priorities.
Answer: Cosmetic updates are important for maintaining player interest, but developers are also working on major updates that include new content and significant gameplay improvements. For example, the upcoming 1.205 update will include new resources, endgame blocks, improved PVE encounters, and new exploration elements.
Answer: Yes, new features and improvements are planned. The upcoming 1.205 update will be a significant step forward, adding a lot of new content that will substantially impact gameplay. Developers aim to balance cosmetic enhancements with new content and functionality that enhance the gaming experience.
These answers provide a more comprehensive understanding of the current plans and efforts of the Space Engineers development team. Discussing these questions helps to understand the direction in which the game's development is heading and what improvements are expected in the near future.

In the recent Space Engineers Q&A stream on July 12, 2024, important questions regarding the game's future development, performance improvements, and other aspects were discussed. I would like to share my thoughts on the developers and their responses.
1. Persistent Bugs: Despite more than a decade of development, Space Engineers still suffers from numerous bugs. This is particularly frustrating for players when new decorative DLCs are released every month, but major issues remain unresolved.
2. Frustration Due to Bugs: Players spend countless hours in the game, only to see their progress destroyed by a series of bugs.
3. Impressive Technical Capabilities: Despite these problems, the technical side of the game is impressive. The construction capabilities are vast, allowing players to build anything from small drones to massive aircraft carriers. The damage and destruction models are also impressive, and combat encounters between heavy ships can be spectacular.
4. Performance Issues: In 10 years of the product's existence, we have not seen any serious improvements. Playing on a server with more than 4 players causes huge performance problems, making the multiplayer experience disappointing.
5. Lack of Adequate NPCs: The game lacks NPCs that could run inside ships and prevent players from completely dismantling a ship with a grinder. Any threat in the form of enemy ships is too easily resolved with a grinder, reducing the realism and challenge of the gameplay.
6. Lack of Interesting Locations on Planets: Planets lack caves and various points of interest, such as crashed ships or abandoned planetary stations. Implementing caves in voxels should not be too difficult: you can use masks during generation, create cave templates, or apply various noise algorithms. This would make planetary exploration much more diverse and interesting.
7. Complete Lack of Transparency: Developers continue to ignore community requests for a public roadmap and open communication. It feels like they simply don't want to tell players about their plans because they aren't doing anything significant. Instead of addressing real issues and improving gameplay, they focus on releasing decorative add-ons and visual updates.
8. What Developers Are Doing Now: Currently, developers do not show what they are working on in their streams. Instead, they showcase what modders are doing, thanks to whom the game exists to this day. Why not periodically host streams where one of the four programmers shows and talks about the interesting or mundane things they are working on? I think this format would be more appealing to the audience than "oh, look what the modders are doing." Hello, wake up! Everyone playing Space Engineers already sees all these modifications because, I repeat, there have been no major changes to the project in 10 years.
These remarks highlight the current issues within the community and the frustration associated with the game. Players hope that developers will pay more attention to the core aspects of the game and improve the overall user experience. If you have any thoughts or questions, please leave them in the comments!
