Have you enabled the in-game Steam cloud from game options ?
Asking because that option is not made to save at all, it is made to create Cloud Blueprints and we can't edit and can't publish Cloud Bp.

I strongly recommend to use your Workshop as backup system once you will have the proper settings.

To do before disabling the in-game Steam cloud :
1 - You will have to paste all your "Cloud Blueprints" in a creative world.
2 - Go disable the in-game Steam cloud in game options.
3 - Load the creative world where you pasted all your "Cloud Blueprints" and redo LOCAL Blueprints this time.
Thank-you this was done and did fix the blueprints issue.
I believe I also found the issue with the saved game files as well, unfortunately they are all lost . I had a computer issue that required the shop to do a complete back-up prior to repairs . Somehow they missed a ton of files and so it appears they are lost for good . Thanks for your assistance and responses
Take advantage of your Workshop because it got the best Backup system, upload all your Favorite creations (blueprints + world saves) and set those hidden from your Workshop item description page if you don't want to show public.
