What are you specs? I've had no issues running the game at 165 FPS. I dont need more since my monitor Hz rate is locked at that, and I'm gaming on a gaming laptop.

Hi, best to send a game log of "Bad Perfo" event directly to the SE Programmers on the Support Portal, the contact links have been added to the pinned important messages (green Pin).

I can start by sharing my setup where I have a good Perfo, to have something to compare :

Steam and game installed on the C: Drive (SSD)
+
I play on Default Medium Graphic settings 70 FOV

- Motherboard ASUS Prime B660M-A D4
- 12th Gen Intel Core i5-12400 2.50 GHz 6 cores
- 16 GB RAM (2X8)
- 1T SSD
- Windows 11
- GTX Strix 1050 Ti Driver Date: 2024 03 12
- One Monitor 1680 X 1050 60Hz

The game open in 3 seconds and same when I load a brand new created world with all Planets and Moons in.

Are you sure you don't have an FPS limit set in your driver or the game? I am always above 100 when I play, except after reboot when the servers are still loading and players are loading.

Me too, I see +100 fps, well 120 looking at empty space and can go down to 40 fps looking at absurdly Huge Mothership, but 80 to 120 fps with "normal size" creations.

+ All on default, I did not changed anything in Windows 11 game setting, all on default in Experoence app from NVIDIA and same with game graphic.

I have no idea how to set the fps limiting. is it an option in experimental mode? Cause I've got a pretty beefy rig. GTX 4060. i7 duo. Also it's brand new and runs new titles perfectly. I assumed it was an FPS issue. My screen refresh rate is 75hz and it seems that the game is hardlocked at 60fps. No option to change it.

GTX 4060 is very good, it got 19551 points on the 3D test that is much better than mine.

Do play on extreme graphic settings ?

Extreme is more for screenshots competition, not very good for gaming because long loading time and most report temp freezes playing on Extreme.

No I actually favor performance over visuals so I play on high, but I turn down shaders, shadows, lighting, ANISO filtering, and other unnecessary settings that make my fans run. The framerate is stable, it's just locked at 60 fps and Idk how to unlock it.

1. "i7 duo"is no proper CPU specification. We need the complete number like i7 13700k or such.
2. Brand new is not necessarily equal to beefy or good. Even a brand new computer can be weak.
3. The game is not limited to 60 fps by default. So either you limited it or your hardware is limiting it. Fps far above 60 fps are easily possible

It's Default Medium + Vertical sync Off on my side and the FPS is not locked at 60 ;

Ik this is a bit old but I had to comment on this because man I laughed my ass off with this. When they said I7 duo, I7 duo is used for dual core laptop cpu's. Unless they just don't know what they are talkin about and pulled it outta their asses this man is using a horrible dual core cpu paired up with a 4060. Man got kinda scammed if this is some kinda laptop lmaoo no wonder why they are running into performance problems.

I was playing with options like 5 seconds ago, check vertical sync option as it maybe syngs rate with ur monitor ones
