Can you pump Hydrogen from tanks?
So I have a filled up H2 tank at base and I am building a large blocked rover that has an empty H2 tank. Can I transfer H2 from the base tank into my empty rover tank with conveyers? so pump it from one tank to another? Also whats the point of the inventory tab for the H2 tank? what do you put in it?

Conveyors will move gasses, yes. To fill tanks, set them to Stockpile, then back when you want to use them.
Sorters apparently do not work on gasses at this time.

You can place your personal gas bottles (hydrogen/oxygen) in the inventory of a tank to refill them

The rover can be refueled by enabling the "stockpile" function in the Rover's tank. Naturally through a connector or other. Inventory is used for bottles and their refill

The inventory of the tank could not be used for ice.
