Space Engineers Lowering Volume of Spotify Music

Having issue where whilst playing and listening to music via the spotify desktop app, music volume lowers and the second i start moving or using tools its cut to almost zero, almost like the doppler shift effect in engine, but i can't find any forum solution's for this, or anyone else with this issue. It doesn't effect youtube videos or GOMplayer movies, or the web client version of spotify?

Has anyone else stumbled onto this problem and come across a solution or fix besides using web client?

Hi, I have noticed similar problem since the Steam update that added the possibility to Pin YouTube in-game.

They added new features in Shft+Tab, feature like able to Pin YouTube in-game and I've noticed the sound was not very good :

So may have something to do with Steam app update, also not compatible in Windows 7 anymore and the SE Programmers may be able to do something about it so worth to report to them first to see what they will reply.
